I first began my counselling training when I was 20 years old. At that time i had no idea of the life changing experience that lay ahead of me. Throughout my time in training and my client work following that, I have came to realise more and more just how beneficial therapy can be to people of all ages and backgrounds. I feel suited to this job because of my non-judgmental and patient nature which I use to help clients gain clarity and a greater awareness of themselves and whatever issue they may bring to their session.

During my training I have achieved a foundation degree in counselling (qualified 2011) and I then went on to complete my counselling BA honours degree (qualified 2012). I have worked mainly with teenagers and young people, as well as children throughout my time as a counsellor with a variety of issues which include bereavement, anger, stress, depression, child-parent conflict and bullying.
